About Employment Atlas
Employment Atlas helps people with disabilities find work and the help to keep it. It is free, and it is part of the Disability Atlas family.
What we do
Employment Atlas brings together job help from every state: vocational rehabilitation, job coaching, Ticket to Work providers, benefits counseling, job centers, Project SEARCH, and employers with disability hiring programs. Plain-language guides explain benefits, rights, and next steps.
Search runs on the Disability Atlas, which holds more than a million disability services and supports. Employment Atlas is powered by ConnectIDD.
Where the listings come from
- Social Security's Ticket to Work directory: Employment Networks, WIPA benefits counseling, and PABSS legal help
- The U.S. Department of Labor's American Job Center list
- Project SEARCH sites
- State VR provider lists and state disability agency supported employment lists
- Organizations that add or verify their own listings
Each listing shows how it was checked: Self Verified (the organization confirmed it in the last 12 months), Confirmed Profile (ConnectIDD checked it against public sources), or Registry Listing (from a public list, not yet confirmed, so call first).
Employers that hold a federal certificate to pay less than minimum wage are left out of job help searches.
Sponsors
Employment Atlas is supported by F90 Solutions. Sponsors help keep the site free. Sponsors never decide who is listed, in what order, or how a listing is labeled.
